During my recruitment career I have successfully recruited for boutique architecture studios, global practices, leading technology brands and high growth start-ups, each requiring a different recruitment strategy. From this combined knowledge of hiring across multiple industries and company types, we have developed an innovative recruitment methodology which enables companies to hire the very best candidates, in a fraction of the time.
I set up Lofthouse Group to achieve three things:
1. Help businesses achieve their aspirations
2. Help candidates enhance their careers

After obtaining an MChem and PhD in Organic Chemistry, Ryan spent 3 years at Beeken Reeves building their architecture and interior design recruitment offering and achieving the top biller accolade within the company. Ryan spent the next 2 years building a successful technology recruitment division from scratch within one of the UK's best known technology recruitment companies. In 2021 Ryan founded Lofthouse Group, specialising once again within the sector he is most passionate about - architecture and interior design.

Lucy brings her passion for people and extensive knowledge of operations and finance to Lofthouse Group where she ensures we are always giving our clients and candidates 'best-in-class' service and that the day to day running of the business goes smoothly.
